Worried about a gap, a failing tooth or an old crown?
After a tooth is lost, the jawbone that held it slowly shrinks, and the teeth either side can drift into the space.
An implant replaces the root as well as the tooth. That helps preserve the bone and keeps neighbouring teeth where they are. It looks and feels like a natural tooth, and you brush and floss it like one.

A recent case with Dr Avraj
Thirteen teeth removed, eight implants placed and new fixed teeth fitted in both jaws, all on the same day.
We set aside the whole day for this patient. Dr Avraj carried out the treatment under sedation, with our lab technician working alongside him in the practice, so the new teeth could be fitted before he went home.

Questions people ask
How does the £650 saving work?
It's made up of three things: £300 off your treatment plan when you reserve it on the day, a free 3D scan (worth £300) if Dr Avraj decides you need one, and a free consultation and treatment plan (worth £50).
Everyone who comes gets the free consultation. The scan depends on your assessment, and the £300 depends on reserving your plan on the day.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We take a £50 deposit when you book to hold your time. If you go ahead with treatment, it's credited towards the cost. If you don't, we refund it.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll refund your deposit in full. With less notice, or if you don't come, the deposit is kept.
Does it hurt?
Implants are placed under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn't feel pain during the procedure. Some tenderness for a few days afterwards is normal, and Dr Avraj will explain what to expect.
Can I be sedated if I'm nervous?
Yes, sedation is available. It's arranged in advance, and Dr Avraj will talk it through with you at your consultation, including any cost involved.
Am I too old for implants?
Age on its own is rarely the barrier. What matters is your general health and the bone where the implant would go, which Dr Avraj will check at your consultation.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on your case. An implant usually needs a few months to bond with the bone before the crown is fitted. Your plan will set out the timings.
Will I need a scan?
Dr Avraj will tell you if a 3D scan is needed to plan your treatment. On the Open Day it's free (worth £300).
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We offer 0% finance over 12 months through Tabeo, subject to eligibility. You can work out your monthly payments on Tabeo's calculator.
Applying only runs a soft credit check, so it won't affect your credit score. A full check is only carried out if you accept the loan. Our Treatment Plan Consultant will go through it with you on the day.
Can I bring someone with me?
Please do. Many people like to talk a decision like this through with a partner or family member.
